Founder Private Welcome Founder Only

9:30 — 10:30 AM · THE OPENING

🏛️ GRAND OPENING CEREMONY Founder Only Radisson Collection, Srinagar

Hosted at Radisson Collection Hotel, Srinagar. EXCLUSIVE to Mian, Ali, Founder tier, and invited creators/speakers. Basic, Creator, and Startup tiers do NOT attend — they start at the Demo Zone and Networking Lounge during this time. This must feel like a REAL summit opening — not a school function.

9:30 — 9:33: House lights dim. KACS cinematic intro video (90 sec) — Kashmir landscapes morphing into AI visuals, electronic soundtrack, ends with KACS logo reveal. Goosebump moment.

9:33 — 9:43: Mian Yaseen takes the stage. Welcome address. Who we are. Why Kashmir. Why AI. Why creators. Why now. Direct, confident, no filler. 10 min MAX.

9:43 — 9:53: Ali Bin Tariq takes the stage. The creator economy angle. Conos Studio's story. What attendees will learn and take home. 10 min MAX.

9:53 — 10:00: Chief Guest / Sponsor Representative address (if J&K Tourism, Radisson, or a major sponsor is present). OR a 3-min pre-recorded video message from a headline creator (e.g. Simon Squibb or Vaibhav Sisinty).

10:00 — 10:10: "The State of AI in 2026" — a 10-min high-energy visual presentation. Screen-driven, not speech-driven. Show jaw-dropping AI demos: AI films, AI music, AI agents, AI art. Show the audience what's possible. End with "...and you're going to learn all of this in the next two days."

10:10 — 10:15: Official summit launch moment. Could be a symbolic gesture (lighting a digital screen, pressing a button that triggers the KACS visual on stage). Photo opportunity. Applause moment.

10:15 — 10:30: Housekeeping — explain the 2 tracks, 5 zones, schedule, WiFi info, hashtag, emergency exits. Walk people through how to navigate the event. Then release to sessions.

HARD RULE: Opening ceremony must NOT exceed 60 minutes. No long speeches. No 10 people on stage saying thank you. Energy must stay HIGH. If it drags, you lose the entire Day 1 vibe.

BASIC TIER DURING OPENING: Basic ticket holders check in at 8 AM but do NOT enter the auditorium until 10:45 AM. During the ceremony, they have: guided AI Demo Zone walkthrough (a volunteer hosts a 45-min tour of all demo stations), Networking Lounge open with chai/coffee, and a welcome video playing on a screen in the lounge (KACS intro reel on loop). They join everyone at 10:45 when parallel sessions begin.
10:30 — 10:45 AM

Transition Break All Tiers

15 min. Move Founder attendees from the Radisson opening into the main program flow, while Creator and Startup attendees join their scheduled sessions from the lounge/demo areas. Basic tier stays in auditorium or visits Demo Zone. Chai available.

This is the Day 2 wrap in Srinagar, not the official closing ceremony. The official Founder-only closing happens the next day in Gulmarg.

7:30 — 7:40: KACS highlight reel — best moments from BOTH days. Professionally produced by Conos Studio team. Cinematic. Emotional. Set to music.

7:50 — 8:00: KACS Pitches winner preview and judge recap. Final recognition moment rolls into the official closing in Gulmarg.

8:00 — 8:10: Sponsor acknowledgments. Thank J&K Tourism, DPS Srinagar, Radisson, all partners. Quick, dignified, not a speech marathon.

8:10 — 8:30: FAREWELL KEYNOTE — Mian and Ali together on stage. What we saw these 2 days. What it means for Kashmir. The vision for KACS as an annual platform. Announce KACS 2027 dates (even if tentative). End with a powerful statement about Kashmir's future in AI and the creator economy.

8:30 — 8:40: Cultural moment — could be a short live music performance, a spoken word piece, or a Kashmiri artist performing. Something that roots the tech event in Kashmir's identity. 10 min max.

8:40 — 8:50: Final Srinagar group photo. All speakers and organizers on stage. Confetti moment or KACS visual on screens. Social media push.

8:50 — 9:00: Transition announcement — invite everyone to the After-Summit Social and brief Founder attendees on the Gulmarg closing departure.
9:00 — 11:00 PM

🎉 After-Summit Social All Tiers

The unofficial part. Lights change. Energy shifts from "conference" to "gathering." This is where the real magic happens — people who just spent 2 days together finally relax and connect as humans.

9:00 — 9:30: Open mic / "Creator Spotlight" — any attendee can take the mic for 3 min and share their story, plug their channel, or just say something. Moderated but loose.

9:30 — 10:15: Networking + music. Background lo-fi or Kashmiri fusion music. Chai/kahwa station. Photo booth with props. Content creators filming collab content. This is the vibe — not a formal event, a gathering.

10:15 — 10:30: "KACS Confessions" — anonymous notes from attendees read aloud. "Before KACS I thought AI was scary. Now I'm building my first agent." Emotional, funny, raw.

10:30 — 11:00: Wind-down. Last connections. Goodbyes. Organizer team available for conversations. Final social media push. Lights up at 11 PM sharp.

Founder tier bonus: VIP section at the social with reserved seating and direct speaker access throughout the evening.
11:00 PM — 12:15 AM

🎭 Late-Night Headliner Showcase Creator Founder Night Block

A premium night-only entertainment block for Creator and Founder attendees. Format can be either a live comedy set or a concert-style performance depending on who gets booked.

Format: 15 min entry + seating, 45-60 min performance, 10-15 min meet-and-greet/photo window for premium holders.

Talent targets: Samey Raina, Arpit Bala, or Chaar Diwari — subject to booking and final budget.

Access: Creator and Founder only. Basic ticket holders exit after the public After-Summit Social.

Why this exists: It gives the ₹12k and ₹1 lakh plans a memorable night payoff beyond workshops and networking, and gives the summit a culture moment people will talk about after the event.
SUNDAY 25 MAY — FULL DAY

12:30 — 2:00 PM: Experience time — Gondola ride, mountain walk, or outdoor photo session. This is the content gold. Snow-capped mountains + industry leaders = the shot that sells next year's Founder tickets.

What You Need to Run This
🎙️

Speakers Needed

Minimum: 6-8 keynote speakers, 12-15 panelists, 3-4 workshop leaders, 2-3 fireside chat guests. Some overlap (a keynote speaker can also be on a panel). Realistically you need 15-20 unique speakers/creators to fill this schedule.

👥

Crew & Volunteers

Minimum: 3 registration staff, 5-8 zone guides (direct people between tracks), 2 Founder Lounge concierges, 2-3 AV/tech crew, 4-5 content capture team (Conos), 1 stage manager, 1 emcee/host.

🎥

Content Capture

2 cameras minimum (1 on main stage permanently, 1 roaming). 1 photographer. 1 person dedicated to social media posting in real-time. Conos team handles editing — need at least 1 editor working same-day for highlight reels.

📶

Tech Requirements

Reliable WiFi for 60+ simultaneous laptops (workshops). Backup mobile hotspots. 2 projectors (Main Stage + Innovation Hub). Mic system: 2 handhelds + 2 lapels minimum. Timer display for pitch competition. Speaker clicker.

🍽️

Food & Beverage

4 meal services (2 lunches + 2 dinners). Continuous chai/coffee station. Founder Lounge: premium kahwa + snacks all day. After-Summit Social: light refreshments.

🔌

Power & Logistics

Charging stations (workshops need outlets for 50+ laptops). Extension boards. Backup power/generator for AV. Clear signage between all 5 zones. Parking management.

Decisions That Must Be Made
📍

Venue Lock

DPS or alternative? Which rooms = which zones? Is there a secondary hall for Track B? Need Vijay Dhar sign-off. Also: can DPS host till 9 PM on Day 1 and 11 PM on Day 2? This is a school — evening access may need special approval.

🎙️

Speaker Pipeline

Zero confirmed. Need 15-20 unique speakers. Priority: lock 3-4 headline names first, then fill panels and workshops. Vaibhav Sisinty team needs a Zoom call NOW.

🌙

Evening Permission

Running till 9 PM and 11 PM at a school venue is non-standard. Does DPS allow evening events? If not, evening sessions may need to move to an alternate venue (hotel?) or be cut.

🏔️

Gulmarg Logistics

Khyber availability on 25 May? Transport for 15-20 people? Budget? This needs to be booked soon.

🏆

Pitch Competition Prize

Needs a sponsor to fund it. Otherwise it's mentorship + exposure only.

🎬

AI Film Submissions

Open call process? Deadline? Submission platform? Need 3-4 weeks lead time.

Honest Reality Check

This blueprint requires ~35 programmed sessions across 2 days, 15-20 speakers, 25+ crew/volunteers, and extended evening venue access. Zero speakers are confirmed. The schedule is designed around speaker TYPES, not names — every slot can be filled once you confirm real people. Speaker outreach is the #1 priority. Without speakers, this document is a beautiful fiction. Second priority: confirm DPS evening access for both days.
