Transition. Everyone gathers for the Day 2 finale in Srinagar, while Founder attendees receive the Gulmarg closing briefing.
This is the Day 2 wrap in Srinagar, not the official closing ceremony. The official Founder-only closing happens the next day in Gulmarg.
The unofficial part. Lights change. Energy shifts from "conference" to "gathering." This is where the real magic happens — people who just spent 2 days together finally relax and connect as humans.
A premium night-only entertainment block for Creator and Founder attendees. Format can be either a live comedy set or a concert-style performance depending on who gets booked.
The crown jewel. Founder ticket holders + select speakers travel to Khyber Himalayan Resort, Gulmarg for the official closing ceremony.
Basic ticket holders don't attend the Opening or Closing Ceremonies (those are Founder-exclusive), but they're never sitting idle. During the opening, they get a guided AI Demo Zone walkthrough and the Networking Lounge. During the closing, they get early access to the After-Summit Social. The rest of the time they have: all Track A main stage sessions (keynotes, panels, fireside chats, pitch competition, film showcase, mega panel), Demo Zone all day, both dinners, and Day 2 speed networking. They attend 15+ sessions across 2 days. Nobody who buys even the ₹1,000 ticket should feel like they wasted their money.
6 time blocks × up to 3 parallel 1:1s = 18 total meetings possible. If you sell 15 Founder tickets, each person gets 3 guaranteed sessions. If you sell 10, each gets 4-5. Cap Founder tickets at 20. This exclusivity is the core value proposition.
Minimum: 6-8 keynote speakers, 12-15 panelists, 3-4 workshop leaders, 2-3 fireside chat guests. Some overlap (a keynote speaker can also be on a panel). Realistically you need 15-20 unique speakers/creators to fill this schedule.
Minimum: 3 registration staff, 5-8 zone guides (direct people between tracks), 2 Founder Lounge concierges, 2-3 AV/tech crew, 4-5 content capture team (Conos), 1 stage manager, 1 emcee/host.
2 cameras minimum (1 on main stage permanently, 1 roaming). 1 photographer. 1 person dedicated to social media posting in real-time. Conos team handles editing — need at least 1 editor working same-day for highlight reels.
Reliable WiFi for 60+ simultaneous laptops (workshops). Backup mobile hotspots. 2 projectors (Main Stage + Innovation Hub). Mic system: 2 handhelds + 2 lapels minimum. Timer display for pitch competition. Speaker clicker.
4 meal services (2 lunches + 2 dinners). Continuous chai/coffee station. Founder Lounge: premium kahwa + snacks all day. After-Summit Social: light refreshments.
Charging stations (workshops need outlets for 50+ laptops). Extension boards. Backup power/generator for AV. Clear signage between all 5 zones. Parking management.
DPS or alternative? Which rooms = which zones? Is there a secondary hall for Track B? Need Vijay Dhar sign-off. Also: can DPS host till 9 PM on Day 1 and 11 PM on Day 2? This is a school — evening access may need special approval.
Zero confirmed. Need 15-20 unique speakers. Priority: lock 3-4 headline names first, then fill panels and workshops. Vaibhav Sisinty team needs a Zoom call NOW.
Running till 9 PM and 11 PM at a school venue is non-standard. Does DPS allow evening events? If not, evening sessions may need to move to an alternate venue (hotel?) or be cut.
Khyber availability on 25 May? Transport for 15-20 people? Budget? This needs to be booked soon.
Needs a sponsor to fund it. Otherwise it's mentorship + exposure only.
Open call process? Deadline? Submission platform? Need 3-4 weeks lead time.
This blueprint requires ~35 programmed sessions across 2 days, 15-20 speakers, 25+ crew/volunteers, and extended evening venue access. Zero speakers are confirmed. The schedule is designed around speaker TYPES, not names — every slot can be filled once you confirm real people. Speaker outreach is the #1 priority. Without speakers, this document is a beautiful fiction. Second priority: confirm DPS evening access for both days.
